A fabulous day for the u13 girls in the Keele International Cup.
The girls started the group stage in this prestigious trophy hosted near Stoke against Flakirk B. The girls surely made a point of scoring twice in the first half and twice in the second half to register a comprehensive victory. Nicole Moore then finished AFC Manchester with a solo hat trick. The last game was a formality dispatching 4-0 Kidderminster Harriers.
The semifinal was a contested affair against a tough to break Sotke City. The game was tied at midfield and the Stoke defense held against the Rockets. They were rewarded at penalties thought where they won 4-2.
The girls then were very excited for the final against Falkirk A - the previous year cup winner.
This is where Bella Walosckek went to score a magnificent hat trick to secure the victory thanks also to a magnificent defensive performance by Anna Costello and Deja Campbell.
All that was left was for captain Regan Graver to lift the trophy!!!
